Second Course (choice of one)

Two 8 ounce french but pork chops marinated overnight and grilled to perfection.  Topped with apple and onion compote.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.


Surf and Turf - 8 ounce bacon wrapped filet with chimichurri sauce and a corn bread crab cake with a creole remoulade.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
